Change never happens in isolation, it always comes with something else. It has causes, catalysts, and consequences. It involves people, ideas, and processes. It is often complex, uncomfortable and uncertain, and yet, in this ever-changing world, staying the same is not really an option.

My approach is collaborative and iterative working closely with teams and stakeholders. I craft implementable plans that will help clients to get there, and I support leaders to adapt and change when circumstances demand it.

A lot of my work happens at the intersections of arts, culture, and digital technology. I have over 20 years' experience of delivering organisational, digital, and content strategies and the arts, culture, and media sectors. This comes with hands-on experience in strategic planning and implementation, creative leadership, content partnerships,  delivering immersive and innovation projects, and creating change in organisational cultures.

I have defined digital strategies for globally-renowned cultural institutions, delivered multiplatform projects for high-profile public media and cultural institutions, commissioned large-scale cross-platform work for flagship TV drama series, and won BIMA awards and a BAFTA nomination for immersive experiences.

My clients include national cultural institutions, innovative SMEs, foundations, artists, and cultural districts, and I have held senior positions at Tate, Film4, Channel 4, and the BBC.
